Lake Argyle, Western Australia. We traveled here from Darwin (covering 850kms in one day) and camped here for a few of days on our trip around Australia. Absolutely fantastic place massive water reserves and swimming in the water with an estimated population of 30,000 freshwater crocs (not maneaters like the saltwater crocs - supposedly!!!). We arrived on day 16 of our 42 day trip: 3,600kms covered to herer and about 13,000 still to cover.
